Margaret Gallagher Obituary – Ardmore, PA

Margaret Gallagher (Vera), 87, of Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Gallagher grew up in Swampoodle and attended St. Columbia Parish and Hallahan High School. She worked for Smith Kline for 20 years as a statistical secretary. Margaret was married to Vincent Gallagher for 39 years. She had a great interest in her Irish heritage. She was active in the Irish community, especially in The Comm. Barry Club. She loved Irish dancing and hard dancing for many years. In addition to her husband Vince, Margaret is survived by her 5 children John, Thomas, Peggy, Michael and Nancy, as well as 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Family and friends may call to attend visitation on Sunday from 4-8 pm at St. Denis Parish 2401 St. Denis Lane, Havertown, PA 19083. Donations may be made in Margaret’s name to Little Sisters of the Poor 5300 Chester Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19143. Stuard FH – Ardmore
