One injured after fiery car crash on Cape Cod – NBC Boston

One person was injured after a car accident in Centerville, Massachusetts.

The Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department says they responded to a report of an accident at the intersection of Route 28 and Lumbert Mill Road.

Authorities say they arrived to find a pickup truck had crashed into a tree and there was fire in the engine area.

The fire department says passersby helped the driver of the car before arriving.

The driver was taken to Cape Cod Hospital.
