Final score Yankees vs Giants, results: Aaron Judge’s home run drives 7-3 victory

It didn’t take long for New York Yankees star Aaron Judge to continue his torrid period of dominance.

The Captain star hit a two-run home run in the top of the first inning, giving the Bronx Bombers an early lead. After that, they would never look back.

The two-run homer also helped Judge gain more MLB history. According to Katie Sharp, he is now the only player in MLB history with at least 15 home runs, 12 doubles and 20 walks in a 25-game span.

The Yankees took an early 4-0 lead and, as the Giants pulled away, starting with a two-run homer by Casey Schmitt, New York was able to pull away late.

Giancarlo Stanton added his 14th home run of the season in the top of the eighth inning, while Alex Verdugo and Juan Soto each had two hits and two RBIs.
