NY Jets News: What can we expect from the Jets’ 2023 picks in year two?

Good morning, Gang Green Nation. I hope you are all having a good start to the day. The NFLPA is creating a proposal that will essentially end OTAs and other activities related to spring football. Instead, teams would have their players report for a longer training camp period that would begin in mid-June. Personally, I think many players, especially older ones, won’t like this for several reasons. OTAs are incredibly important for team building exercises and allow off-season chemistry to develop. It also allows them to have a break with their families during the summer. OTAs themselves are voluntary, so the proposal itself seems a little strange to me. A longer climb to training camp could also cause many athletes to arrive at camp out of shape, potentially making the start of the season even sloppier than usual. Especially after trying to limit the number of preseason games. We’ll see how it turns out. With that being said, here are your links to the New York Jets to start your morning.
