Northeast Ohio Weather: A Pleasant Weekend Ahead

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A cold front that moved through overnight Friday has cleared up the rain and high humidity of the past few days. Overall, we’re in for a decent weekend before temperatures warm up on Monday, followed by several days of unsettled weather as rain chances return.

Saturday will be sunny in the morning, then partly cloudy in the afternoon. A few scattered showers are possible, but most locations will remain dry. High temperatures will reach the mid-80s with a west wind between 10 and 15 mph.

Saturday night will be mostly clear and pleasant, with lows dropping to around 60 degrees.

Mostly sunny skies are expected on Sunday with high temperatures in the mid-80s.

Monday will remain dry and sunny, but will become warmer. Afternoon temperatures will rise to around 90 degrees.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are likely Tuesday and Wednesday, with high temperatures reaching 85 degrees.

Rain chances persist Thursday and Friday, in part due to the remnants of Beryl in the tropics. The storm’s exact track is still uncertain, but there are indications that moisture from this system will impact Northeast Ohio toward the end of the work week.
