Knoxville man dies while docking his boat at Tennessee National Marina

A 75-year-old Knoxville man died at Tennessee National Marina after falling while docking his boat.

James Doyle Frost fell overboard on July 4 and did not surface, a Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency spokesman said.

A TWRA investigator located his body using a remote-operated vehicle. Members of the Loudon County Dive Rescue Team were able to recover it shortly after 9 p.m., according to the news release.
