The shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19 in the 2800 block of N. Bambrey Street.

A video captured three suspects arriving in a car and at least one of them firing 17 shots around the corner.

The victims, whose ages ranged from 16 to 46, were shot while they were outside.

Harvey was stopped as he attempted to enter a vehicle that was under surveillance, police say.

The shooting reportedly followed an argument between young people that led to the parents becoming involved, police said.
