4th of July Events in Gatlinburg

Gatlinburg’s Fourth of July celebration will usher in the nation’s first-ever Independence Day celebration with the Gatlinburg Midnight Parade beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg. Additionally, you’ll be able to catch a full slate of events including the River Raft Regatta, a larger-than-ever drone show, and the fireworks finale.

Healthy Living with Krystal Goodman

Krystal Goodman runs an online nutrition accountability membership to help other people find a way to stay healthy the right way and enjoy the process. She also teaches various group fitness classes in the community and is a personal trainer for her clients.

Tennessee Smokies Baseball

Tonight is Free Beer Night with the Smokies! With the purchase of a ticket and a 2024 Smokies refillable flask, fans will be able to enjoy free draft beer from the first pitch until the opposing team scores a run. Fans who have already purchased a flask during the season can reuse their flask for this special event. The free beer only applies with the Smokies flask. Plus, there are fireworks after the game and then kids run the bases after today’s game, too!

On Wednesday, the Smokies will celebrate Independence Day and celebrate the independence of the United States at Smokies Stadium presented by Folds of Honor. Independence Day-themed t-shirts will be available for auction to benefit Folds of Honor. Plus, you can watch the fireworks after the show!


Dan Smalley/ Country Music Singer-Songwriter

Dan Smalley is a Nashville-based singer/songwriter with an incredible amount of professional experience. Smalley expresses a fresh vision of country music that knows tradition, inspired by the greats of the genre and infused with the swampy sounds of his roots, the gospel of hardwood church pews and passionate interpretation of soulful music.

He has worked as a songwriter with artists such as Ashley McBryde (Grammy-nominated album “Never Will”), Trace Adkins, Randall King, Jerrod Nieman, Makayla Lynn, Dillon Carmichael and others. He has also appeared on bills alongside Willie Nelson, Allison Kraus, Turnpike Troubadours, Ashley McBryde, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, Eli Young Band, Justin Moore, Dwight Yoakam, Randy Rogers Band, Ryan Bingham and a list of other notable artists both in the U.S. and abroad.
