Off-duty NYC employee arrested in Bronx: NYPD

THE BRONX, NY (PIX11) – An off-duty New York City employee was arrested in the Bronx on Tuesday afternoon, according to the NYPD.

Rafael Luna, 48, was arrested at 2:30 p.m.

Luna, a New York City Sanitation Department worker, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief, police said.
