Franklin/Hampshire Juvenile Probation Staff Take Oath to Serve Court and Community

Franklin/Hampshire Juvenile Court’s first judge, Charles Belsky, presided over a recent swearing-in ceremony for the new probation director, deputy probation director and six probation officers who pledged to serve the court and the community .

The June 21 ceremony took place at the Hadley courthouse. Director of Probation Keith Gibbings and Deputy Director of Probation Christina Sadowski were sworn in along with six probation officers including: Timothy Boyle, Corey Lovett, Thomas Burger, Amie Hebert, Briana L’Esperance and T’yana Garner.

Franklin/Hampshire Juvenile Court is one of 11 juvenile courts statewide. The Children’s Courts provide support to children and families in three areas: care and protection cases, children requiring assistance (CRA) cases and delinquency cases.
